How can I pay?

You can pay online using, credit or debit card, bank transfer, or by selecting our finance package from Klarna.

Can I pay with Gift Vouchers online?

To pay with gift vouchers please contact brynmor@lightninghouse.net to be provided with the activation code.

How do I amend or cancel an order?

Please email sales@lhmotorsport.co.uk to alert us to a cancellation or to amend  an order. or visit our contact us page to give us a call – Contact us

If your goods have already been dispatched then unfortunately they will need to be delivered and returned by yourselves which may incur a return shipping charge to yourself. Bespoke products are not included within our cancellation policy due to the processes involved. Please note seats and belts are now specifically ordered in based on customer requests, once ordered they cannot be cancelled.

Email order confirmation has not been sent to me?

If you have not received an email confirmation regarding your order this could be due to a delay with your email provider or whether the email has been marked as junk and ended up in your spam/junk folder. Please add sales@lhmotorsport.co.uk to your safe senders list. If you are still concerned you have not received any information please email our sales team and we will confirm receipt of your order.

Refunds/ Bespoke Products

Standard products are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee. As long as the products are unused and returned in unopened packaging.

Our bespoke products are outside of this agreement due to the nature of them being made to order. Once placed orders are non refundable as we will have started bespoke processes specifically for you.

Should there be an issue upon delivery of bespoke products the customer agrees to notify LH Motorsport within 72 hours of delivery of any issues and allow LH Motorsport the opportunity to visually inspect said products within 7 days. If LHMotorsport deems said issues outside of scope of rectification or there is cost involved the customer agrees to pay any costs incurred thereon. LH Motorsport will not issue refunds on any bespoke products that have been used before return. This also includes all racewear/ underwear.

Likewise if usage labels on products supplied have we feel been ignored by the customer and/or misuse of the product has occurred we will not issue refunds or look at rectifying goods.

All safety critical products including but not limited to Seats, Helmets and Harnesses unless returned to us within 72 hours of delivery are not eligible for refunds. This is to ensure ongoing customer safety as we have no way of knowing whether items have been used once outside of that timeframe.
