When visitors place orders or leave comments on the site we collect the data such as your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card’s expiry date. This information is used to process orders and run your account, for credit purposes, marketing, market research and analysis and to notify you of order status.

Your telephone number is also collected as this will be used to update you with urgent information related to your order or account. The information provided will also be used to update you with the status and delivery of your order, to improve website content and to make design and functionality amends. The data also allows us to understand registered users buying behaviour.

We also collect data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
